韦汝是一个出生在桃园的一个女孩，父亲经商并在苏州设有工厂，含着金汤匙出生的韦汝身上虽然有着贵族的气息，但却完全看不到千金大小姐摆架子的模样，或许是家教好也或许是从小独立的个性所导致，她从国中三年级开始就在父母的安排下加入星锐演艺接受培养，在合作的时间里与许多由星锐培养出的艺人合作过，诸如5566的许孟哲，可米小子的王传一都跟她一起拍过广告，似乎只要与韦汝合作过的星锐男性都可以在演艺圈内得到不错的成绩，说她是福星似乎也不为过吧。
话说她为什么会踏入这个行业？
原来是她在国中三年级的时候经由上网搜寻艺人资料而找到星锐的网站，在父母陪同下开始接受一些专业的课程，配合的过程中也曾因为自己过胖的身材而被经纪人封杀长达一年时间，那段时间里她努力运动瘦身也常找一些模特相关资讯来充实自己，瘦身之后的第一个杂志通告居然碰上学校的期末考，所幸韦汝在校的功课非常好，在得知经纪人已经允诺杂志社的情形下请假参与拍摄，也就是因为这样的配合度而逐渐获得经纪人的重用，从高中开始拍少女杂志，在一年的时间里几乎市面上所有少女杂志都拍过，一直到高二的时候在经纪公司的安排下拍了一支便利商店的广告而开始转往广告圈发展，这三年下来韦汝拍过的电视及平面广告最少超过150支。
在考上淡江大学英文系之后，公司即开始安排主持、戏剧及歌唱相关的训练课程，并安排至中天电视台担任小气大财神节目的助理主持人。
曾经参选过青少棒美少女得到第一名、校园冰美人得到第二名的韦汝，已经在小气大财神的节目担任小天使，由于表现优秀再加上该节目拥有超高的收视律，目前已经由小天使的工作提升为助理主持人，也因此她每天要不断的看电视及报纸做功课，否则实在无法面对一天录制一星期份量的工作，再加上最近公司帮她签了一个在中天的外景节目，每个星期都要出三天外景到中南部去探访奇人异事，所以她必须花更多的时间在学习台湾的地理环境与各地的特色上。
