蒜茸開邊蝦

材料:九節蝦,蒜茸,粉絲

把蝦洗干淨後,剪去蝦須和頭前端的尖刺,用刀將蝦片成兩半(尾部還連著)

燒開油鍋,把蒜茸炸至金黃,加入鹽,雞粉,小許醬油拌勻

發好的粉絲浦喺底,把蒜茸排放蝦肉面.

一只只人字形排放好
