　　Alexi Murdoch原籍苏格兰,又是一位出色的民谣诗人,听他的音乐让人想到了Damien Rice,好象英伦三岛从来不缺少这样的魅力男人.都是那样的温暖舒服,还带着点小忧伤,让人情不自禁的深陷其中.在唱了多年的英式民谣之后,于90年代末期移居洛杉矶,开始受到Indie和Lo-Fi等音乐元素的影响.由于不愿破坏自己特有的曲风,他最初只是在小型的音乐聚会上演唱.直到2003年九月,他的演出通过洛杉矶一家电台播出,他那温柔、迟疑的嗓音和轻描淡写般的吉他在听众中造成了巨大的反响.2004年,他在Sundance电影节上演唱Orange Sky,令在场观众潸然泪下.《Time Without Consequence》Alexi的新唱片,也是他第一张正式的专集,之前出过一张EP,名字很简单就叫Four Songs.

　　Alexi Murdoch带着苏格兰的清新之气,上天恩赐了他低沉干净的天籁之音.Alexi Murdoch的歌只适合在安静的夜相遇,然后听着他从容自语生命中那些不可磨灭的印迹,有多少我们遗忘了的忧伤和情怀,被这淡淡的声音轻轻拾起,再静静的放进心里.

　　大家比较熟知或许就是Orange Sky和Home了,这两首歌都是越狱的插曲,但最让我感动却是这首Wait .Wait一贯的简单,一把木吉他,钢琴按键缓慢敲击着,若有若无的鼓打声,搭配上宁静具有穿透力的嗓音,足以让你措手不及的陷入忧伤之中,然后期待.
