歌手介紹:

Hope Sandoval
1966年，Hope Sandoval出生在洛杉矶，多少年后，有人问起关于MAZZY STAR之所以命名如此的原因，她说，她想给自己带来西部的感觉。也许在她淡淡的吟唱时，总会想到她的家乡。正如她给自己第一支乐队起的名字一样------“Going Home”,一个孩子气的名字。那时她二十岁。她的高中同学，一个名叫Sylvia Gomez的男孩和她一起组成了这支稚气未脱的二人民谣乐队。关于Going Home我无法了解的更多，只能知道Hope这时已经成为了小歌手，Sylvia Gomez则负责吉他的部分。他们的歌恐怕并没有多少人听过，有个男人偶然得到了这份demo，当Hope的声音如清冷的薄雾般扑面而来的时候，David Roback也许会像亨伯特初次见到洛丽塔一样，不止的喃喃自语，那是多么的美。
